Run job-application tasks with a custom instruction — not a general chat interface.

Allowed scope

Custom AI accepts instructions related to job seeking only: resumes, cover letters, recruiter or HR messages, interview preparation, follow-ups, professional summaries, and similar career tasks.

  • Unrelated requests (coding help, creative writing, general chat) are blocked in the UI and on the server.
  • System prompt templates under Prompts are read-only — enter your task in the Custom AI instruction field.

How to generate

  1. Open Custom AI from the sidebar.
  2. Type a job-application instruction — validation runs as you type.
  3. Use supported placeholders from the panel (e.g. {job_title}, {company_name}, {candidate_name}).
  4. Add optional context fields for job description, tone, or recipient when needed.
  5. Wait for the green acceptance message before clicking Generate.
  6. Choose output format and generate.
  • Click a placeholder to insert it, or use Copy to paste manually.
  • Only listed placeholders are expanded — unknown ones are ignored.
