Empty or skeleton resume output
Usually caused by an incomplete Career Profile. The AI will not fabricate experience.
- Open Career Profile and check all sections have content.
- Re-import your resume if fields look empty after save.
- Confirm the readiness banner shows ready for generation.
- Try generating again with a full job description.
Profile not saving
Click Save Profile and wait for confirmation. If data disappears after reload, re-import or contact support — ensure you are signed in.
Guest session expired
Public workspace sessions expire after ~2 hours or when cookies are cleared. Refresh the page to start a new session and re-upload your resume.
Rate limits
Too many requests returns a 429 error. Wait a minute and retry. Guest AI generation has lower hourly limits than signed-in users.
