Who can register
Registration and sign-in require a Gmail address (@gmail.com or @googlemail.com). Other email providers are not accepted.
Create an account
- Open Create account on the login page.
- Enter Gmail, password (8+ characters with letter and number), and accept legal policies.
- Verify with the one-time code sent to your inbox.
- Signup AI credits are granted to your wallet after verification.
Sign-in methods
- Password — default sign-in with email and password.
- Email OTP — choose Sign in with OTP instead; enter the code (a magic link may also be emailed).
Tips
- Google Sign-In may exist for administrators when OAuth is configured, but the standard user login screen is email password / OTP.
- Use Logout in the top bar on shared devices.
After sign-in
If your Career Profile is incomplete, you may be guided to Career Profile onboarding (skippable). Otherwise you land on the Dashboard. Super admins open the Platform Console.
Troubleshooting login
Tips
- OTP not arriving — check spam; SMTP must be configured by the administrator.
- No active account — finish registration/verification, or create an account first.
- Account blocked or inactivity suspended — follow the message on the login page or contact support.
- Clear site cookies if you hit a redirect loop, then try again.
