How billing works
AI Job Assistant uses a single AI credit wallet. Paid AI generations and analyses spend credits. Pro grants a set number of AI credits at the start of each billing period. Free includes core tools (template resume, cover letter, keyword match, local resume import) without requiring AI usage. Generation and analysis numbers shown in the app are safety capacity guides — credits remain the spend unit. Current prices and credit amounts are shown on Plan & Billing and can be changed by the Super Admin.
Tips
- Free: explore the product with core tools. No monthly AI grant and no paid LLM usage.
- Pro: everything in Free, plus AI-powered features and included monthly AI credits.
- When included Pro credits run out, optionally buy a top-up. Extra AI usage is never charged automatically.
Renewals, rollover, and top-ups
Pro renews on a local billing period (typically 30 days after purchase). Unused plan credits may roll over within the plan’s percent and hard cap. If you run out mid-cycle, buy an optional one-time credit top-up on Plan & Billing. Top-ups add to your existing balance and do not require another subscription tier.
Upgrading your plan
- Open Plan & Billing from the sidebar or top-bar credit pill.
- Review Free and Pro on the plan comparison cards. Price, included credits, and top-up packs are shown there.
- Choose Pro and complete Razorpay checkout.
Tips
- Upgrades grant the Pro plan’s monthly AI credits for the billing period.
- Plan & Billing is the source of truth for plan, remaining credits, usage, renewal, and top-ups.
Storage & saved jobs
Each plan includes storage and saved Job Details limits. The current amounts are shown on Plan & Billing and in the Super Admin plan catalog.
